Airbrush Cleaner for Water-Based Paint
POP ART Airbrush Cleaner is a 900ml cleaning solution for flushing wet water-based acrylic paint, watercolor and compatible inks from airbrushes, brushes and hobby-painting tools. Regular cleaning helps maintain consistent paint flow and reduces residue between color changes.
When to Use It
- Flush the airbrush between color changes.
- Clean the paint cup and internal paint path after a painting session.
- Remove wet residue from compatible brushes and hobby tools.
- Support routine maintenance before paint dries inside the equipment.
How to Clean an Airbrush
- Empty the remaining paint from the airbrush cup.
- Add a small amount of cleaner and gently agitate it with a suitable brush.
- Flush the cleaner through the airbrush into an appropriate cleaning pot.
- Repeat until the liquid runs clear.
- For a deeper clean, disassemble only the parts recommended by the airbrush manufacturer and clean them separately.
Avoid forcing needles or tools through delicate nozzles. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s maintenance instructions when removing internal components.
Cleaner Is Not Paint Thinner
Use this product for cleaning equipment, not for adjusting paint viscosity. To prepare compatible acrylic paint for spraying, use POP ART Acrylic Airbrush Thinner.
