Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions Effective Date: [1 JAN 2025] Last Updated: [13 FEB 2025] Welcome to the POP ART Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating. 1. Eligibility 1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program. 1.2. The program is open to individuals and businesses who promote our products in an ethical and legal manner. 1.3. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. 2. Affiliate Commissions & Payments 2.1. Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% on each qualifying sale made through their unique referral link. 2.2. Commissions are only paid on completed purchases, excluding refunds, chargebacks, and canceled orders. 2.3. Payments are made on a [weekly] basis via [PayPal, Bank Transfer, or other method]. A minimum payout threshold of 1000LE must be reached before withdrawal. 2.4. Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees associated with their preferred payment method. 3. Promotion Guidelines 3.1. Affiliates must use ethical marketing practices and must not engage in spam, misleading advertisements, or false claims. 3.2. Affiliates are prohibited from using PPC (pay-per-click) advertising that bids on our brand name or trademarks. 3.3. The use of coupon sites, link cloaking, or fraudulent tactics to generate commissions is strictly forbidden. 3.4. Affiliates must not portray themselves as official representatives of POP ART. 4. Affiliate Account & Termination 4.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms without prior notice. 4.2. If an affiliate is found engaging in fraudulent activities, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited. 4.3. Affiliates can request account termination at any time by contacting admin@popartegypt.com 5. Intellectual Property & Branding 5.1. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use our logos, banners, and marketing materials. 5.2. All intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights, remains the property of POP ART. 5.3. Unauthorized modification or redistribution of our materials is strictly prohibited. 6. Liability & Disclaimer 6.1. We make no guarantees regarding earnings or success in the affiliate program. 6.2. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the program. 6.3. Affiliates are responsible for compliance with local tax laws and reporting their earnings. 7. Amendments & Updates 7.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. 7.2. Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 8.
